The light conveyor belt takes braided fabric made of polyester threads that has undergone special technical treatment as the carrier framework. One or both sides are coated with rubber or PVC, PU, PE. Featuring great strength, little elongation or extension ,good bending and twisting ability stable running ,long service life ,etc.

PU conveyor belt has the common traits of high tensile strength, good bending, lightness, thinness and toughness. It also has the outstanding traits of anti －germ, wear－resistance, oil－resistance, nonpoisonous and sanitary, easy to clean. All of these conform to the management requirement of conveying non－ packed food.

The green belt is for general purposes. The white or transparent ones meet the food sanitation criterion. The blackish green or black ones meet static electricity conducting requirement. The volume resistance≤10⁸Ω

The frame layer consists of at least one or two layers of braided polyester fabrics with rigid weft. For special requirements ,the soft fiber can be adopted.

The width of the conveyor belt exceeds the production width. The way of bonding is cold gluing.

Nyloncore transmission flat belt. The tensile body － nylon. The surface － abrasive rubber or leather. The middle layer － high － strength polyamide fabric .It is advanced in high － strength, small － elongation, smooth － transmission, cushion and against － shock, high coefficient of friction ,also excellent in resistance to greasy dirt and anti － static, good in transmission.

There are two kinds of leather. One is head －layer leather, which the surface is smooth and compact. The other is second－layer leather, which is crude and loose after abrasive treatment on its surface.

You can choose different thickness of belt base according to different load conditions and different rubbers thickness on different rising conditions. The thickness of nylon core :0.3 －1.5mm.Also processing special belts according to you demands.

Used as roller covering to increase the coefficient of friction, normally used in the textile industry for the trailing of fabrics in different working phases .All the materials are first grade to ensure an excellent coefficient of friction and perfect resistance to abrasion.

These covering are produced in rolls of length 100m with standard width of 50mm ，40mm the width can be supplied on request. They are applied by spirally winding them on the cylinder and they are secured firmly by gluing and blocking the ends with clamps or screws.

The special transmission belt takes braided fabric made of polyester threads that has undergone impregnation treatment as the carrier framework. The surface is coated with rubber, PVC,PU or PE modified high －polymer elastomeric. The product is processed with a special technique. Based on the needs of different users, the company has designed different surface patters and belt structures to meet the technical requirements of special cases and processing modes such as hoisting, orientation, turning and gripping.
